Welcome to The Injector Society ("The Injector Society," "the membership," or "the Site"), a digital educational membership operated by The Social Society LLC ("The Social Society," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or using this membership or any associated website, platforms, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. KEY POLICIES
All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
Membership access is individual-use only.
Content is educational and informational, not professional advice.
Results are not guaranteed.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of content results in termination without refund.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
2. ABOUT THE INJECTOR SOCIETY
The Injector Society is a digital membership providing branding, marketing, and content resources for aesthetic injectors and related professionals. Resources may include Canva templates, caption prompts, visual assets, educational frameworks, and strategic guidance.
All materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. NO MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Neither The Injector Society nor The Social Society LLC provides medical, legal, financial, clinical, or professional advice.
Content is not a substitute for medical judgment, clinical training, legal counsel, or regulatory guidance.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, professional standards, platform policies, and advertising regulations.
You retain full responsibility for patient care decisions, marketing claims, and business practices.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
You acknowledge and agree that:
Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control
No guarantees are made regarding revenue, bookings, growth, engagement, reach, or business success
Any examples or illustrations are informational only and do not constitute promises of outcome.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to access or use the membership.
6. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS & INDIVIDUAL USE
Each membership is licensed for use by one individual and one business account only.
Memberships may not be shared with team members, employees, contractors, or third parties
Social media managers must hold a separate membership for each client or business managed
Clinics may not distribute access to employees unless a separate multi-user arrangement is approved in writing
Unauthorized sharing or use may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard prior to the next billing date
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for unused time
Pricing and membership structure are subject to change with notice.
9. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, templates, designs, copy, frameworks, visuals, and educational resources provided through The Injector Society are the exclusive intellectual property of The Social Society LLC or its licensors.
You may:
Use and customize materials for your own business and marketing
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share materials
Claim materials as your original intellectual property
Use content to create competing products, memberships, or training programs
11. MEDIA & CONTENT USAGE
The membership may include access to:
Licensed design assets (including Canva-provided media)
AI-generated visuals
Original content created by The Social Society LLC
Members are permitted to use these assets for their own marketing and promotional purposes. Media assets may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as original works. Individual model releases are not provided unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of any media complies with platform rules, advertising policies, and applicable laws.
12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
Share or distribute membership access or content
Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without authorization
Use the membership for unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand that business, branding, and marketing decisions involve inherent risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of membership materials, including financial loss, reputational impact, regulatory issues, or client responses.
14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Injector Society, The Social Society LLC, and their owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the membership or use of any materials.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGES
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the membership during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Injector Society and The Social Society LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the membership, your business practices, or your professional services.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the membership shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis.
You waive the right to a jury trial
You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions
Arbitration shall take place in the state where The Social Society LLC is registered
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Social Society LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
19. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
